But the sauce is even more tricky to me than the eggs.Andyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14761993349210047482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28865279.post-71177024771625152042007-04-23T10:36:00.000+09:002007-04-23T10:36:00.000+09:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28865279.post-49796689669066710402007-04-22T11:47:00.000+09:002007-04-22T11:47:00.000+09:00who doesnt know how to poach an egg? i find it rat...who doesnt know how to poach an egg? i find it rather easy...but we have a pot with a specail holder thing that all you do is boil water underneath and put the eggs in the holder thing. but still!!! hhaa
sounds like fun.
oh and i have "60% of the time it works everytime" tattooed on my foot. fyi.
(mormons in california are now allowed such things. bet you wanna come back even more now!)
(not true.)
:DAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15730233293836220578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28865279.post-91034722987163032222007-04-21T08:58:00.000+09:002007-04-21T08:58:00.000+09:00"How to cook everything" is way overrated. I love it. I bought the darn cookbook! I just think How To Cook Everything has merit too!!! Eggs Benedict. Wow. I've only ever had that at John David's wedding (the 1st one) breakfast and shared a portion with Mom and Sheesh at our Favorite Breakfast haunt in Sugar House: The Original Pancake House. I prefer the fruit crepes. I would love to be the judge of a breakfast cookoff. Especially if Emy is cooking!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28865279.post-67044392062557901072007-04-16T09:46:00.000+09:002007-04-16T09:46:00.000+09:00Amen to the wife comment -- and how! But I don't know if it is worth having to make the hollandaise sauce from scratch -- and the stuff from the store is mediocre at best. So, I would suggest getting it every now and again from a good restaurant. It is quite tasty.
I echo, my wife's comment when she said, "60 percent of the time it works every time." Those are wise words to live by.mr. underhillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11253837048238023026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28865279.post-32549011938529274162007-04-16T05:29:00.000+09:002007-04-16T05:29:00.000+09:00You wives have at least been good for one thing! You wives have at least been good for one thing!Bartimaeushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13405256375139134129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28865279.post-47343313551992761242007-04-15T20:45:00.000+09:002007-04-15T20:45:00.000+09:00perhaps you should have called your bro, who is no...perhaps you should have called your bro, who is not only an expert on poaching eggs but the making of eggs benedict.
