Funny Sign

This was a sign at the Priew Waterfall we went to in Chantaburi.
Any ideas what this medicine is used for? We are still laughing about this!

    the last time this medicine was prescribed to me was to make my toe nails curl. but all i got was a slight friz. do not have faith in the mega pharma companies
