Keep Your Inner Groin Soft
Yeah, exactly what I thought while doing a Yoga workout the other day. Inspired by my friend Merrill, I have recently decided to make Yoga part of my Weekly workout routine. Before you make fun of me jsut know that it a lot harder than you might think. I figure that it help me with flexability and such. I already have some lingering back pain and as a dentist it is only going to get worse.

Well I'm never one to pass up leaving a comment after the word groin.
That being said, I love yoga and Stephen does it with me sometimes too. He says it totally helps him with dentistry. You should get the Bryan Kest Power Yoga DVD. He will kick your butt (and maybe your groin region too?) By the way, are you guys seriosly going to Hawaii? You should stay in the house with us that Chad and Melissa rented. Anna bailed so we have an extra room. DO IT!!!!
Never really got into yoga. But I really did not come here to comment on that anyway. I want to know how EM is doing? Is she still alive? Give her my love & keep that ice cream coming!!!! SHE NEEDS IT!!!!!
A soft inner groin? Seriously? You might want to look into some sort of powder to help you out with that malady.
Not really a fan of the soft groin..... But I do think that yoga is a really great work out and anyone who laughs at it is just not secure in their masculinity.
